Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the hospital's medical staff and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients.
- Oversee the hospital's budget and financial operations, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support patient care and hospital operations.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and community partners, to promote the hospital's services and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to improve patient care and hospital operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on improving patient care and hospital operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards, including The Joint Commission and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
