At Staff Financial Group, we are in search of a skilled and committed Lead Electrical Operations Manager to oversee our team of electrical professionals. Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional services while ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage the activities of the electrical workforce.
2. Supervise the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems and apparatus.
3. Guarantee adherence to electrical regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
4. Formulate and execute preventive maintenance strategies.
5. Diagnose intricate electrical challenges and offer practical solutions.
6. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.
7. Educate and guide junior electrical staff.
8. Prepare and oversee budgets, timelines, and documentation.
9. Engage in project planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and leadership.
• Profound understanding of electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with HMIs, PLCs, industrial drives, switchgear, and power systems up to 4160V.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
