We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team at Schwan's Home Service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen food products to our valued customers while building strong relationships to maintain and grow your route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen food products to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
