About the Role

This position is responsible for leading and evolving headcount planning for the AWS Global Sales (AGS) Field team. The successful candidate will take ownership of existing planning processes while driving net-new initiatives focused on improving scale and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive headcount planning and execution solutions for the AGS team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales strategy team, Sales leadership, Global Sales Operations (GSO), Finance, and WW Planning to focus on in-year, organization-wide implementation of key initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end people processes required for the Field to have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time to provide a great customer experience.
  • Drive business operational cadence using strategic planning sessions and business reviews.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
