Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is critical to our production operations, focusing on the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of customized point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and prepare customized computer components
  • Wire various cable assemblies
  • Test and/or calibrate parts and assemblies, both electrical and mechanical
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair work on electro-mechanical assemblies and circuit boards
  • Packaging and shipping of component assemblies and fully built POS terminal systems
  • Support effective inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials
  • Receiving and proper check-in of returned components
  • General stock room maintenance
  • Programming of PROM devices
  • Loading and configuring Windows OS onto OEM self-serve systems

Requirements:

  • Two+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a dynamic production environment
  • High School Diploma

Compensation:

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including skill sets, education, shift worked, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel. The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $28.00 / hour.
