Job Title: RTV Returns Inspector

About the Role:
TTI is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical RTV Returns Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our returns inspection team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and analyze returned products to determine credit eligibility.
  • Verify purchase dates and determine whether products were returned within the customer satisfaction period.
  • Inspect products for customer abuse or misuse.
  • Ensure all major parts are included in the return.
  • Record the status of each product inspected.
  • Maintain communication with The Home Depot associates.
  • Clearly communicate product status and reasons for decisions to The Home Depot associates.
  • Strive to meet company goals in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $18.03/hour (equating to a target annual salary of $37,502)

  • Accrue up to 104 hours of PTO (first year, based on hire date)

Requirements:
  • 2-year degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience
  • Up to 1-2 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of power tools and/or outdoor power equipment
  • Knowledge of inspection and analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and transport heavy tools and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Valid driver's license required
