- Pipeline Management: Maintain and track candidate progress, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role, and make recommendations for hire.
- Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new agents.
- Agent Retention and Development: Foster strong relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment efforts and results.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics or freight brokerage, either as a recruiter or a current/past agent.
- Industry Network: Substantial network of agents/sales representatives in the industry preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage active and passive candidates, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills.
- Leadership and Management: Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.
- Work Schedule: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional odd hours as needed.
- Travel: Must be able to travel to branch office locations to conduct meetings and events.
