{"Job Title: Fraud Analyst

About the Role:

This position will play a critical role in reviewing and evaluating transactions to identify fraudulent activity for On Location's partnership with the FIFA World Cup 26TM. You will work closely with internal partners and merchants to escalate and resolve issues and fraudulent activity. Your expertise will be essential in assessing potential risk exposure and identifying key risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate transactions to identify fraudulent activity
  • Assess potential risk exposure
  • Identify and assess key risk factors
  • Escalate fraud trends to internal partners and merchants
  • Document transactions to explain actions taken
  • Stay current on fraud trends, individual merchant expectations, service level agreements, and rules
  • Ability to maintain resiliency and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, heavily customized environment with high profile/strategic clients

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with online payment processors, billing service providers, and tools/platforms/resources used to combat online fraud. Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. Experience with fraud prevention is a must, and experience analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends is highly desirable.
