Job Title: Tour Presenter

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging Tour Presenters to join our team at Polynesian Adventure Tours. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and presenting interesting and factual information about Hawaii's history, language, culture, and significant sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet passengers and assist those with special needs while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of passenger count, arrival time, and baggage counts.
  • Communicate effectively with Drivers and Dispatch on any changes or discrepancies to the schedule.
  • Presentation of tour narration relevant to the tour routing and provision of excellent customer service.
  • Review motorcoach safety protocols with guests.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience is necessary, or any equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Knowledge of Hawaii's history, language, culture, significant sites, local area roads, and landmarks is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, based on location and experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, free parking, on-demand pay, pet insurance, 401(k) with a generous company match, paid time off, employee discounts, referral program, advancement opportunities, and paid training program.
