We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Providence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Mercy Fitzgerald. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to nursing staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws and regulations governing nursing care centers.
