Job Summary

We are seeking Servers to join our team in providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, serving meals in the dining room and assisting with kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to residents and their guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Hospitality and the Assistant Director of Dining Services to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, adhering to accepted sanitation and service practices.
  • Take and deliver orders efficiently, utilizing knowledge of all service equipment used in the dining room and kitchen.
  • Assist with kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Develop and maintain a general knowledge of all dining room functions and their timing.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education.
  • General knowledge of accepted sanitation and service practices.
  • Mental alertness and ability to cope with minor situations that may occur in the dining room.
  • Ability to take and deliver orders efficiently.
  • Knowledge of all service equipment used in the dining room and kitchen.
  • Efficiency in all dining service tasks.
  • Personal neatness is extremely important.
