About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at AltaToro, a renowned dining destination in Atlanta, GA. As a Server, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests have a positive experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in high-end, high-volume dining establishments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and spirits.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Spanish fluency required, with the ability to pronounce and explain menu items.
