About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN PreOp PACU Specialist to join our team at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the PreOp PACU setting, coordinating care planning with other disciplines as needed.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, utilizing independent judgment to direct other healthcare employees in the provision of patient care.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • Supervise other members of the healthcare team and may be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications, with additional certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • BSN degree preferred, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
