Position: Maintenance Group Lead

Location: Spring Hill, TN

Compensation: $95-115k/year

Shift: 2nd shift (2AM-10:30PM) Monday to Friday

Willingness to work 2 out of 4 weekends each month, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in trades such as electrical work, pipefitting, or machinery repair.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades.
  • Ability to interpret and source components from electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Familiarity with machining principles, including CNC operations, lathes, grinders, and drilling.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project oversight or team management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • Experience with robotics or robotic programming.

Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing a team of 10-12 skilled tradespeople, including mechanics and electricians. The Maintenance Group Lead will manage maintenance issues, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and plan projects along with preventative maintenance tasks. The individual will be accountable for a specific section of the facility, focusing on managing breakdowns, troubleshooting, and predicting potential failures. The goal is to resolve issues promptly and track failure cycles to identify root causes, ensuring efficient operations.
