Key Responsibilities:

Field Support (75%):

- Diagnose and resolve issues with advanced medical imaging systems.
- Establish and follow preventative maintenance protocols.
- Maintain accurate service logs and internal records.
- Address challenges related to imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, and software, as well as mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Comply with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Conduct service, calibrations, and quality assurance checks in accordance with ISO13485 standards.
Technical Support (10%):
- Provide remote technical assistance for high-end imaging equipment via online platforms or phone.
- Engage with clients daily to ensure effective problem resolution and follow-up.

- Monitor system performance through evaluation and tuning; troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and system management; conduct load/stress testing; escalate issues to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as necessary.

Applications Support (5%):
- Regularly collaborate with radiologists, technicians, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to stay informed about emerging imaging solutions and trends.Software Support (10%):
- Ensure continuous operational support for software issues related to X-ray and Vascular modalities.
- Utilize Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) for various functions including viewing, archiving, and database management.
- Design and deliver training programs for users, providing software support and resources.
- Offer online and telephone support for both Windows and Linux systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of high-end medical imaging equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record as per Agiliti policies.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of network interactions.

- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 operation.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
- Capability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
