Job Overview

Curaleaf is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the management team in the daily operations of our store. This includes leading by example, demonstrating consultative selling techniques, and maintaining a strong energetic presence on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in the daily operations of the store
  • Lead by example, demonstrating consultative selling techniques
  • Maintain a strong energetic presence on the sales floor
  • Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leadership to ensure feedback and business updates are shared in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Sales driven and goal focused
  • Experienced in coaching, training, and mentoring sales associates
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, or 6 months of experience for Curaleaf team members
  • A great multitasker with impeccable decision-making skills
  • Excellent in communicating effectively with team members and guests
  • Someone who takes initiative and is a team player
  • Strong experience and attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
  • Willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Accurate with counts and proficient with basic math skills
