Position Summary/Key Responsibilities for the IT Director:

  • Oversee, delegate, mentor, and assess Technology Support personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT principles, including hardware, software, networking, disaster recovery, data protection, programming, virtualization, cloud services, implementation, automation, and system integration.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in advanced systems administration and network architecture.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, Cisco VOIP and networking frameworks, Microsoft Office 365/Azure, DNS management, Group Policy, Active Directory, IIS SMTP, and associated services.
