RN-Neuro Critical ICU Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a Neuro Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies

- A current state RN license or a current multistate compact license
- An associate or bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification (or) obtained within 6 months after hire date
- Current American Heart Association PALS Certification (or) obtained within 6 months after hire date
- NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire date
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
