Job Description

Job Title: Brand Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Management Specialist to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our Consumer Packaged Goods business, you will be responsible for developing and executing core business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend annual marketing plans to maximize profitability and brand growth
  • Oversee the design and quality of Consumer Packaged Goods products to meet brand standards and fulfill the brand promise
  • Analyze syndicated data to anticipate trends and drive new product development
  • Establish strategic direction through briefs for media planning, custom research, public relations, packaging, and promotions
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure category consumer communications are effective and aligned with target audience needs
  • Assess creative concepts and media plans against strategic briefs and manage their execution to ensure alignment with brand goals
  • Collaborate with Business Managers and Finance to review sales and financial data and identify customer issues and opportunities
  • Manage A&P budget to maximize short-term and long-term business growth with strategic investments

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, or Retail is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

Work Environment:

This position is performed in an office environment with occasional travel required.
