Position Overview

We are currently seeking an HVAC Residential Service Technician to enhance our dedicated team.

Compensation: $36.00 per hour based on experience, plus additional spiffs and commissions

Work Schedule: Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., concluding between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. There is also the possibility of a 4-day work week and flexible on-call and weekend hours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential service
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • EPA Certification required

Note: Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening upon receiving a conditional job offer.
