Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably with a design firm or in construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project coordination meetings with clients, team members, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and submit project permitting documentation for agency reviews.
  • Develop and review technical specifications for projects.
  • Compile technical reports related to civil infrastructure design.
  • Coordinate project workloads among team members.

  • Oversee the design and permitting processes for essential infrastructure.

Desired Skills
  • Passed the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with project proposals, permitting processes, budgets, and schedules.
