  • Design Innovation: Develop cutting-edge designs that meet performance, reliability, serviceability, cost, and manufacturability standards.
  • Material Analysis: Evaluate and validate the selection of materials and components based on performance and cost.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with teams to ensure subsystem and system verification.
  • Task Prioritization: Assess and prioritize business tasks with limited information.
  • Engineering Design: Conceptualize and execute detailed designs for controls, safety, and power circuits related to process automation.
  • CAD Utilization: Use CAD tools to create electrical schematics, pneumatic systems, and panel layouts as per requirements.
  • Specification Creation: Develop specifications from various sources, including original designs as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, coupled with over 15 years of experience in process automation within regulated industries.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in system and hardware integration.
  • Familiarity with stage gate engineering design processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional teamwork, coordination, and communication.
  • Experience in developing IEC and NFPA style electrical schematics.
  • Exposure to government-regulated industries such as GMP and GAMP.
