About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization that focuses on serving essential healthcare categories. Our Accounting Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our healthcare operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining hospital policies for revenue recognition, expense, and depreciation.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership of the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Development of financial reports and statistical information for administrative and regulatory purposes.
- Maintenance of financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration with CFO and department managers on annual budget development process.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
