Position Overview:
As a Math and Reading Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing student learning outcomes for grades K-12. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities during regular school hours.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Student Advocacy:** Act as a mentor and advocate for students, guiding them through their educational journey.
2. **Instructional Delivery:** Implement targeted instruction in Reading/ELA and Math for small groups, focusing on intervention strategies.
3. **Curriculum Utilization:** Employ company-designed materials and educational strategies to deliver effective instruction in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills.
4. **Lesson Planning:** Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
5. **Student Supervision:** Ensure the safety and supervision of students at all times, including transitions between classrooms.
6. **Data Management:** Accurately perform data entry related to student attendance, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
7. **Parent Engagement:** Schedule and conduct meetings with parents to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.

Teaching Approach:
1. **Activate Learning:** Customize lesson plans to maximize instructional time and meet diverse student needs through differentiation.
