We are seeking an experienced Job Search Coordinator to join our team at Career Movement. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top candidates for various technical, accounting, and legal roles. You will work closely with our sales teams to provide a continual pipeline of candidates and support recruiters on niche/hard-to-fill roles.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong sales skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. If you are a driven and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about finding top talent, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire top candidates for various technical, accounting, and legal roles
- Work closely with sales teams to provide a continual pipeline of candidates
- Support recruiters on niche/hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
- Post and maintain job advertisements
Requirements
- Highly organized and proficient typing skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to sell roles
- Works well with a team and autonomy
- Manages time efficiently and works well with deadlines and speed
