Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism

At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Our innovative approach to care is built on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

As a Bilingual Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will enable you to support our diverse client base and provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, adhering to high standards of care.
  • Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
  • Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
