Job Title: Child Autism Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Autism Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary

The Child Autism Specialist will work closely with our team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to provide individualized developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by evidence-based, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job.
