- PCHC Capitol Hill is one of eight neighborhood-based clinics, all designed as patient-centered medical homes.
- Collaborative Care: Each physician collaborates with a dedicated RN and medical assistant.
- The PCHC care team includes integrated behavioral health services and in-house specialty clinics for various health needs.

Key Responsibilities: Engage in a 4-day weekday outpatient clinic schedule with 1 day allocated for remote administrative duties. No weekend work required.
Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible Internist with a passion for community health and patient-centered care; valid Medical License in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; bilingual and bicultural skills are appreciated but not mandatory.
