Sales Representative Salary: $50k-$70k per year, uncapped commissions

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Consultant. As a representative of Empire Today, you will be responsible for meeting with customers in their homes to discuss and sell flooring products.

About the Role:

  • Meet with customers in their homes to discuss and sell flooring products
  • Work with a pre-qualified lead pool to ensure consistent sales opportunities
  • Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices to present sales presentations
  • Presentation skills are a must, including wearing Empire-branded apparel

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping others find the perfect flooring solution. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop self-generated sales leads through prospecting and referrals
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
  • Maintain a professional presence, including wearing Empire-branded apparel
  • Demonstrate knowledge of flooring products and services to customers

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in sales, preferably in a related industry
