Barback Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Barback to contribute to the success of our bar operations at Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders by providing them with the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste.
  • Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required for a collaborative work environment.
