At Golden Nugget Hotels & Casinos, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Barback to join our vibrant team. As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our bars.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked bar area, ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste.
  • Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
Qualifications:
  • While previous experience as a Barback is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment.
