About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our Orthopedics team at Penn State Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • Five years of clinical RN experience required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in specialty area preferred
  • Certification in a specialty area preferred
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $113,000 depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet insurance, wellness and fitness programs, employee assistance programs, and life insurance.
