We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Transactability Platform Product Team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Develop and manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, analyze customer and product data, and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Define vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, by driving alignment on business OKRs, prioritization framework, and product roadmap.
- Execution and Rollout: Define product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.
- Data Analysis: Be hands-on in analyzing data sets and recommending solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the Transactability platform.
- Product Advocacy: Communicate the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: You will always start with customer needs first and obsess over every aspect of her experience. You will work to reduce customer effort and aim to delight her with an always available Transactability platform.
- Creative Problem-Solving: You are an innovative thinker and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, and design) to identify key unmet needs and solutions that can address the needs.
- Collaboration and Influence: You have the ability to influence executive and work collaboratively with large numbers of teams to make the vision of the product successful.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You are comfortable with big data technologies and ML tools. You consider yourself analytical and draw insights from new and varied information and inputs.
- Strategic Thinking: You are able to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs, managing product launches, and owning the product successes post-launch.
- Leadership: You lead and inspire teams, evangelize product strategy and vision, and develop a talented team. You are an empathetic leader who draws the best from all.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in product management in a fast-paced tech-driven company.
- PREFERRED: MBA or advanced degree.
