District Nurse Supervisor

VNS Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Supervisor to join our team in Fairview, New Jersey.
Job Summary:The District Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day business operations of clinical and non-clinical support activities, including monitoring internal processes, coordinating activities between clinical and non-clinical staff, and supervising support functions to facilitate efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate clinical and non-clinical support activities
- Monitor internal processes and coordinate activities between clinical and non-clinical staff
- Supervise support functions to facilitate efficient clinical operations
- Make recommendations to the development, utilization, and evaluation of internal processes
- Monitor workflow procedures and systems for efficient and timely operation
- Troubleshoot difficult customer service issues and facilitate problem resolution
- Assist management team in developing long- and short-range objectives for the department
- Provide input to the Education and Quality department regarding training needs
- Participate in the overall planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and VNS Health standards
- Oversee business operations, workflows, utilization, and schedules
- Contribute to systems design and implementation
- Ensure effective staff training and evaluation
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other health-related degree
- Minimum three years progressive customer service or business operations experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in Personal Computers applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology information, and/or insurance terminology
