Job Title: Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate real estate loan applications, credit reports, title insurance reports, income & asset documentation, and necessary verifications.
  • Analyze financial documentation and other relevant data to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and legibility of all documentation.
  • Perform credit analysis for loan originations, working with Loan Officers/Assistants to evaluate credit score and payment history prior to loan origination.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Team to ensure compliance with company policies, specifically those pertaining to property title work.
  • Audit closed files to ensure all policies and procedures are met by the processing team in concordance with WCP's requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2 years' experience in credit analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, PPT, and Excel, Adobe.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
