Key Responsibilities:

As an Installation Coordinator, you'll perform a variety of specialized clerical duties to support the organization. Your responsibilities may include coordinating jurisdictional permits, researching and facilitating the closing of installation projects, safety coordination, payroll entry, fleet management, ordering office supplies, supporting the inspection process, and providing additional administrative support as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, maintain professionalism, and have a positive service attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with customers and internal departments. You should be able to prioritize projects, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to juggle multiple projects with accuracy. Good research skills and attention to detail are also necessary. Hands-on administrative support experience and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook are required. Knowledge of operating standard office equipment is also necessary. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
