Your Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and contribute to our growth trajectory.
- Make a positive first impression with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with seasoned Account Executives to enhance their pipeline and develop your professional skills.
- Engage actively with new and existing leads through innovative follow-up communications aimed at boosting interest in Harness offerings.
- Research and expand both new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, strategic outreach).
- Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives in prospective accounts.
- Meet monthly targets for qualified opportunities and successful business closures.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business leads.
