About the Role:
As a Dental Hygiene Specialist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Your expertise in dental hygiene will enable you to develop patient care plans, manage schedules, and expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with doctors to develop patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology guidelines
- Manage schedules to allow for comprehensive patient care and education
- Expand knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
