Key Responsibilities:
- Design and permit construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management.
- Provide technical support and design services for civil engineering projects, reporting directly to the project manager.

- Coordinate project submittals and facilitate regulatory approvals for construction permits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required; experience with Hydraflow Storm Sewer, Hydrograph, and WaterCad is preferred.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential.
- Previous experience in land development project design is advantageous.
