Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to designated accounts and internal colleagues, ensuring prompt and efficient support.
- Assist in preparing employee-facing materials and presentations, and conduct employee meetings to educate on benefits.
- Review customer forms, enrollment applications, and master applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with the account team to deliver unified service to clients, proactively managing the client lifecycle.

- An Associate degree or equivalent work experience in financial services or benefit services.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, document ongoing activities, and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret instructions and work with minimal supervision.
