Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer forms, enrollment applications, and master applications for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system, including documentation and management of action items and client interactions.

  • Represent Alera Group at social functions in the community, showcasing our professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  • An Associate degree or equivalent work experience in financial services or benefit services.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, document ongoing activities, and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and work with minimal supervision.
