Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of our children.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote social, physical, language, and cognitive development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our school by participating in school-wide initiatives and events.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with children aged infants to 5 years old.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
