Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the residential apartments, public spaces, and equipment at Mountain Woods Apartments. This includes performing daily exterior and interior inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness procedures are being followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and document a preventive maintenance program for resident apartments, public spaces, and equipment.
- Maintain a proper amount of parts and supplies in-stock in a well-organized and clean manner, following the purchasing guidelines of the company.
- Perform daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards for pool maintenance (if applicable).
- Ensure the property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and is available for on-call emergencies, such as snow removal, per Community Manager's request.
- Ability to quickly store and recall instructions in one's short-term memory.
- Possession of pool and HVAC certification is preferred, as well as boiler certification if applicable.
- Three plus years of maintenance experience in residential property management is required.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background investigation, drug screen, and physical demand analysis.
