We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Team Lead to join our team at Exodigo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in scaling our growth and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team of field operator technicians to ensure efficient and effective execution of underground discovery projects.
  • Operate and maintain our patented underground discovery tools, including carts and drones, to collect high-quality data.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues on site in coordination with R&D and operations managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Document interactions, site information, and operation reports in our organizational software to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent technical skills, with experience in operating and maintaining complex equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in field operations, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Background in earth sciences, engineering, construction, or utility mapping is highly desirable.
  • Experience with industries such as transportation, utilities, and construction is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 Certificate and FAA part 107 drone pilot certification are a plus.
