Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Kids Club Manager in leading, coaching, and training the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for children, including the Kids Club area and surrounding facilities.
  • Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
  • Greet and farewell children and parents as they arrive and depart.
  • Provide childcare training, coaching, and support to front desk staff.
  • Schedule childcare activities and events.
  • Conduct check-ins, including guest and employee check-ins.
  • Report any incidents or injuries to the Kids Club Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with state, county, and city requirements.

Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
