The Employee Connect is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Stockton, CA area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Your expertise will be essential in developing therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders, implementing standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders, and establishing treatment goals and milestones with patients. You will also be responsible for documenting and storing treatment plans and progress reports, updating patient progress to relevant parties, and researching related speech and language problems. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in speech pathology, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with patients. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Communication and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology.
