About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fast-growing team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Neogen Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, creating individualized treatment and therapy plans to suit their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Create treatment and therapy plans to meet the individualized needs of patients.
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes.
  • Keep detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology.
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
