Certified Ford Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Ford Technician to join our team at James Hodge Ford (Idabel). As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Examine and diagnose complex vehicle issues
- Discuss repair options with shop foreman or service advisor
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
- Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman
- Provide labor estimates to service advisor
- Monitor repair time and update service advisor
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
- Complete detailed documentation for client repairs
- Assist in mentoring technician trainees
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and federal, state, and local regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training
- Operator Driver's License & State Inspection License
