Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of a dedicated account team, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for NVIDIA products, assisting major internet and cloud service providers in establishing a cutting-edge AI/ML software ecosystem.
We collaborate directly with top-tier engineering teams to secure design victories, troubleshoot issues, and support the product lifecycle from inception to deployment.
Become a trusted advisor to your clients, gaining a deep understanding of their environments and constraints.
Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and solutions, while proactively identifying potential challenges.
Assist your clients in maximizing the value derived from NVIDIA technology, while providing feedback to help NVIDIA enhance future product offerings.
Guide customer issues to resolution and offer timely alerts regarding potential challenges.
Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet.
Comprehensive understanding of computer systems architecture.
Proven experience with Python, as well as C or C++ programming languages.
Experience in software development and data science.
Knowledge of GPU and CUDA development.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A strong desire to learn and implement new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced experience in Deep Learning and/or AI.
Experience in cloud development and deployment.
Expertise in managing large-scale systems.
Ability to rapidly acquire new technologies and skills.
