Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, payment schedules, and modification requests
  • Examine contract documentation for submission prerequisites
  • Revise and sustain the overarching project timeline
  • Compile, manage, and circulate various documentation control items, including submissions, RFIs, drawings/specifications, meeting notes, punch lists, and issue logs
  • Facilitate negotiations for various bidding packages as instructed by the Project Manager
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a relevant construction domain
  • Proficient understanding of construction machinery and methodologies, drawings and specifications, building materials, and applicable standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and effective written and verbal communication are essential
  • Experience with Lean principles and an entrepreneurial mindset is beneficial

  • Reliable transportation within the area is necessary, along with a valid driver's license and recommended access to a vehicle
