Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking and Merchandising: Work within your assigned route to stock products from store back stock or delivery loads, assisting sales reps in handling beverage cases.
  • Customer Service: Service between 4 and 10 accounts daily, ensuring excellent customer service to each.
  • Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and other team members.
  • Inventory Management: Keep cold boxes and shelves filled with merchandise and maintain an organized back-stock area.
  • Display and Marketing: Build displays in stores and maintain POS marketing materials.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with store personnel and salespeople.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with merchandising and sales team members for training and support.
  • Adherence to Company Values: Adhere to company's Core Values in all interactions.

Requirements:

Transportation and Safety: Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record and current insurance.

Language and Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Computer and Technical Skills: Experience with computers required, knowledge of MS Excel is a must.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy cases and kegs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment: The work environment is usually quiet to moderate in noise level.
